The BIR Annual Radiotherapy and Oncology Meeting,endorsed by ESTRO, returned for its sixth year on 12-13 February 2026 at The Minster Building, Cavendish Venues in London. This year’s meeting was centred on the theme “Looking to the Future”, bringing together professionals from across the radiotherapy and oncology community.

The programme covered a wide range of topics, including the NHS 10-year plan, new treatment modalities, advanced practice and workforce development, clinical trials. Sessions also explored patient experience, the implementation of advancing safer radiotherapy, adaptive radiotherapy, and international collaboration. The programme also featured a Proffered Papers session highlighting new research and innovation from across the community.
The meeting featured a sold-out exhibition showcasing the latest technologies and developments in radiotherapy and oncology. On the evening of the first day, a drinks reception provided delegates with additional time to network, discuss insights from the day’s sessions, and visit sponsors.
