BIR archives

How to access the BIR archive collections

We moved our collection to the Science museum in 2015 after we changed premises. This means they are safeguarded and can now be appreciated by a wide range of people, including researchers and the general public.

The Science Museum have now catalogued the collection and made these items available for viewing.

The items from the BIR archive are stored at the Science Museum Wroughton facility, just outside of Swindon,  where they can be accessed and viewed by the public at that address upon request.
