Stanley Melville Memorial Award

Founded in memory of Dr Stanley Melville, this award of £1000 is intended to enable Members to visit Institutions and Clinics abroad.

Applicants are required to submit their curriculum vitae, including a list of all publications, details of Clinics/Institutions to be visited and reasons, together with a letter of support from the Employer or Head of Department. Applications will be considered by the BIR Prizes and Awards Committee. The successful applicant will be required to produce a brief report on their visit for publication by the BIR.
