Honorary Fellows

Byelaw 9: "Honorary Fellows shall be selected from distinguished persons who have contributed by original research to the scientific advancement of radiology, radioactivity and allied sciences, or who have rendered services for which the Institute desires to confer honour. Honorary Fellows shall be selected by the Council and every such selection shall be announced at the next General Meeting of the Institute, and submitted for election at a subsequent General Meeting."

Council will be pleased to receive nominations for Honorary Fellowship for 2010.
Please send nominations including a letter explaining the basis for the recommendation, to the General Secretary (tim.hogan@bir.org.uk) - deadline 20 February 2009. To be considered by Council on 25 March 2009.
