Please note that places on all meetings are allocated on a first come-first served basis and the BIR cannot provisionally reserve places- book early to avoid disappointment! The BIR does not advise that travel or accommodation are arranged before confirmation of booking has been received.

When booking on-line, please ensure you complete all details including the financial section. Once you have completed your online booking you will first receive a provisional e- mail confirmation. The conference office will process your booking and will send either a letter or email confirmation with travel details and receipt of payment. Please note we cannot confirm your place unless payment has been successfully processed.
If you do not receive both of these confirmations within the following 2 weeks, there might be a problem with your online booking request.
