Bracco UK Ltd established in 2001 is a subsidiary of the Milan based global Imaging company, Bracco S.p.A. The Bracco group presided over by Dr Diana Bracco was created in 1927 by Dr Elio Bracco as an Italian phramaceutical distributor and has since been transformed into a world leader in diagnostic imaging with operations in 115 countries.

The core business is contrast media, with products for X-Ray, MRI and Ultrasound. Bracco developed the first ready - to - use non-ionic contrast agent - iopamidol.

The Bracco group has evolved and diversified and now includes contrast media injections systems and advanced 3-D medical software for surgical planning.

Sales and marketing operations are carried out of the High Wycombe office for both the UK and Republic of Ireland, with distribution warehouse close by.
